Terms of Use

These terms define permitted use of YouFaceTik and protect creators, platforms, and users.

1. Agreement

By using YouFaceTik, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Authorized use only

You may use YouFaceTik only to process media that you created, own, license, that is in the public domain, or that you have explicit permission to download. You are responsible for confirming that your use complies with copyright, privacy, publicity, contractual, and other applicable rights.

A public URL does not itself grant permission to copy, modify, or redistribute media. Downloads must also comply with the source platform’s applicable terms and technical restrictions.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not use YouFaceTik to infringe intellectual property, bypass digital rights management or access controls, obtain private or account-restricted media without authorization, distribute unlawful or exploitative material, overload the service, probe its infrastructure, or misrepresent affiliation with a creator or platform.

4. Independent service

YouFaceTik is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, Google, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or ByteDance. Platform names identify compatibility only. Each platform controls its content availability and may change or restrict access at any time.

5. Intellectual-property reports

Rights holders may report a concern with enough information to identify the protected work, the relevant use, their authority, and reliable contact details. Reports may be sent to legal@youfacetik.app.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. A link may fail because content is private, deleted, region-restricted, age-restricted, changed by its platform, or blocked by a network. Formats and features may change to maintain safety, legality, and compatibility.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, YouFaceTik makes no warranty that every link or format will work and is not responsible for user-provided links, platform actions, unauthorized use, lost data, or indirect damages. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Suspension

Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, repeated infringement, or violation of these terms.
